All jewelry is made to order. A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The balance is due before shipping. Once production begins, deposits are non-refundable as materials have been committed.
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices may vary based on stone availability and metal market conditions. Your quote includes the stone, setting, labor, and insured worldwide shipping.
All qualifying stones come with GIA or equivalent gemmological certification. Lab-grown diamonds may also include IGI or GCAL certification.
Production takes 2–4 weeks from design approval. All shipments are fully insured and tracked. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on production complexity and shipping destination.
Due to the custom nature of our pieces, we generally do not accept returns. If a piece arrives damaged or significantly not as described, contact us immediately and we will make it right.
